Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
